DESCRIPTION:An opportunity walk through God’s harvest field of Hurst Green and pray for the harvest. \n\n\nMatthew 9:35-38\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n35 Jesus went through all the towns and villages\, teaching in their synagogues\, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. 36 When he saw the crowds\, he had compassion on them\, because they were harassed and helpless\, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he said to his disciples\, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest\, therefore\, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

DESCRIPTION:The first Coffee Morning happened in 1990. It was a small affair with a simple idea: guests would gather over coffee and donate the cost of their drink to Macmillan. It was so effective\, we did it again the next year – only this time nationally. \nNow Coffee Mornings come in all shapes and sizes. From small home gatherings to large corporate events; school fundraisers to a gathering with a local community group. They all have one thing in common – they raise vital funds to support the almost 3.5 million people in the UK living with cancer. \nCome along and support this marvellous charity.
